Virtual Estimates

 Submit your proposal request along with photos, a description of work to be done, and any measurements you may have. Virtual Estimates are FREE.

In-Person Estimates

In-Person estimates for Service Repairs are $125 and will be required before scheduling.

Remodel Estimates

Share your remodel plans with me via our inquiry form.

I will review your inquiry, and if the job fits within what I do, I will schedule a walkthrough.

Walkthroughs are $125, and go towards your final invoice when you hire me.

Post walkthrough, I will send you an estimate for the job.

Upon acceptance of the estimate, you’ll pay a 20% retainer, and you will be added to the schedule.

I will transform your room into the space you can be excited about.

THINGS TO NOTE

I am booking approximately 8 weeks out from retainer payment for all remodeling jobs.

Due to the volatility of the market, I am not currently estimating material costs. Costs will be shared on the final bill.

You can purchase your own materials and provide them for me to install, please communicate with me about your plan.

I request payment via ACH transfer. If you’d like to pay via credit card, I can arrange that with a 3% service fee added to the invoice.
